(Al-Ahqaaf) 46 : 8

Or are they saying that he has forged It? You say: If I forged It, you can’t save me from Allah in any case; He is the Best Knower of what you are involved regarding It. He is enough as a Witness between you and me, and He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Merciful.

Through this verse, Allah commands the Messenger to say to his people that Allah—the Three Time Knower—is the Best Knower about why they are having doubt regarding Adhikr, why they are abstaining from It, and why they are obstructing It. Through verses 9: 73 and 25: 52, the believer is commanded to do Jihad with Adhikr—the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium—against the disbelievers who hide and reject It. See explanation 2: 23–24; 10: 61; and 29: 52.
